Design Cycle

1. I would give myself a 3 for investigate because I did investigate, but I feel I could have gotten more information and investigate a lot more.

2. I would give myself a 4 in the design part because I did a few blueprints and I putted all the information that I needed to put on order to complete the design part.

3. I give myself a 4 in the planning section because I lack a couple of things that are needed in order  for my plan to be perfect or correct.

4. I give myself a straight 4 because it includes the appropriate use of the equipment and techniques, it follows the plan and says if there are any modifications that need to be made.

5. I give myself a 4 because I evaluate my product/solution and my own performance and suggest any improvements and I test it.

6. My attitude in technology  I give myself a 5 because I am satisfied with what  I have accomplished.

How can you learn to follow rule#34?

I can learn to follow that rule by just serving my right

amount and by starting to think about others and to think how many

people still need to get their food and eat.

Developing Personal Responsibility

In order to be successful you need to be responsible for your actions. To be successful you can do it in many different ways. For example you can start by saying no to drugs or as simple as saying no into getting in trouble or braking the rules in school. Also there are other different ways as to setting goals for yourself for the present and for the future. Some of these goals can be for you not to get into jail, go to college, get a degree, or other personal goals you want. In the video there was an unethical situation around San Diego that about 150 teenagers that were freshmen were getting pregnant which is really unethical because they are young and are not doing the right decisions. An ethical situation is that young people are actually saying no to people who want to do the wrong things and ruin there lives.

What Is Acceptable?

What is not ethical for example in a job is that for an employee to go to use the company's technology that they loan to an employee and go to personal websites instead of going to do the work. When somebody is doing that it is like stealing from the company because you are using there things for their personal enjoyment. Also if you are doing that it is illegal and you can actually be fired or get in trouble with the government. Some companies also give policies with their "toys". Now there are other things that are unethical in a job that people actually do. For example for you to lie that you can do whatever you want and for you to lie to your manager that the boss let's you do several things that you know that are unethical. Some things that are ethical are that you are responsible for your actions, arriving on time, and to do all the work needed to be done.

Understanding Issues And Learning Solutions(Do Now)

When you are doing a project or something at work and you are with someone else you should give credit to your partner if you didn't do it. But you do that when someone thinks you did it and really your partner did it you should say it. Also your loyalty and integrity shows in your job if you deserve to get a raise or something better or a higher position. Also how well you work with others, behavior, and other things. If you are an ethical person and you feel right with yourself you will do the right things and will help you on the long run. Lastly in your job or company you should feel confident and motivate yourself.
